It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the passing of Ida Eldon. Ida was a member of Dungannon Ladies. She won several NIWBA and IWBA titles, and represented the NIWBA at Senior Interassociation level for many years. She was a great competitor and a very popular figure in the association. Our condolences go to Ida's family and to the Dungannon club.

In preparation for the new season, NIWBA Office Bearers, club details and secretaries have been updated for 2026. The 2026 Calendar of Events is now also available via the "Events" menu. Senior and Junior League fixtures have been released and are available under the "Leagues" menu.

The officers and members of NIWBA send Best Wishes to Zoe Minish, Portadown LBC. for her upcoming event in Hong Kong. Zoe travels within the next few days, to represent Team Ireland in the Hong Kong Classic. We also send our Best Wishes to the other members of the team- Sarah Kelly, Stuart Bennett and Simon Martin, and we hope you all enjoy the experience, and have a successful tournament.
