Senior Interassociation Update

We had a very successful Senior Inter Association Series 2025. We have come third this year in the series with 9.5 points, and to think that the other Associations have many International bowlers in their ranks, we did very well.

We managed 1 point only in the game against PTWBA and lost by 30 shots, 62 - 92. Iris Scott's rink of Marilyn Kerr, Ann Sloan, Liz Bruce were the other members. The rink won 16- 9.

We lost by 33 shots against NIWPGL 62 - 95 and the one rink up was Doreen Whelan 18-10. Also on Doreen's rink was Shirley Dew, Catherine Quinn, Teri Millar. We earned one point only.

We won against ILB (Irish Lawn Bowls) by 7 shots. 88-81. We had two winning rinks and a drawn rink. It was 1 pt. for a win, and 0.5 points for a draw and the overall score was 5pts. This gained us 7.5 points.

One winning rink was Bethany Whittle 18-12. the team was Shola Gilpin, Bernie Hanratty, Lynda Lyttle and Bethany.

The other winners against ILB were Doreen Whelan 23-7. The rink was Shirley Dew, Catherine Quinn, Teri Millar and Doreen.

The rink that drew against ILB was Zoe Minish 22-22. It was Leah McKeown, Barbara Chard, Bernie McGleenan and Zoe.
