The final of the Mary Moore Trophy was also played yesterday, between Castle Park and Curran. This was a very close game and it could have been won by either club. Castle Park came out on top winning by 7 shots. They have added this trophy to Joyce Kavanagh Trophy already won, and runners up in the Junior League. The highlight of their season, must surely be winning the All Ireland Senior Fours medals, which means they will be representing Ireland next year in the British Isles series.
WELL DONE CASTLE PARK!
Result: Curran 29 v Castle Park 36
